Premier Home Watch Services was founded with one clear purpose: to give homeowners true peace of mind when they’re away. Trust matters when someone is responsible for your home, and I take that responsibility personally. I’m originally from New Hampshire and lived and worked all along the Eastern Seaboard before settling in Florida in 2019. Shortly after my move, I experienced Hurricane Ian and the challenges that followed. Living through that devastation reinforced how quickly things can go wrong when a home is left unattended—and how valuable it is to have a dependable, local professional who communicates clearly and responds without hesitation. As a former U.S. Navy officer and serving more than 20 years in the defense industry, my career has been built on dependability, accountability, and attention to detail. Those same standards are the foundation of Premier Home Watch Services. I also hold an active Florida real estate license, which gives me additional insight into property care, market value, and the importance of protecting your investment. I understand how small issues can impact a home over time, and I approach every inspection with a proactive, detail-focused mindset. Premier Home Watch Services is about more than inspections. It’s about reliability, transparency, and giving you the confidence to enjoy your time away, knowing your home is in capable, trustworthy hands. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing through golfing and sailing while taking in everything the Florida lifestyle has to offer.
